We believe that every pregnancy and birth journey is unique and special. Therefore, to help you prepare for 'one of life's biggest events', we offer Continuity of Midwifery Care, Home-Birthing Services & Childbirth / Parenthood Education classes, with experienced Midwives who care.
The Nesting Hub classes can commence at any time in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy, from around 30 weeks gestation. We are happy to educate, support, empower and prepare you for the labour and birth that you desire. Our customised, individual and small group classes will provide you with relevant, evidence-based education, support, encouragement and care, as you journey through pregnancy and prepare to welcome your baby into the world.

Your body goes through many changes during pregnancy, throughout labour and birth, and as a New Mum, following birth. Therefore, it is important to look after yourself during this time, affording yourself the time to heal, to rest and recover, to bond with your baby, to establish feeding and sleep patterns, and to adapt as a family to 'the new norm'. Our 'tailor-made' postnatal care, education and support will give you evidence-based knowledge, skills and the confidence to progress into motherhood and parenthood, as you adapt to your new chapter in life's journey.

Infant Massage is a very special way of spending precious and fulfilling time with your baby....and there are many benefits for you both too!! Book today for your 4 Session Parent Course, or you can try our 1 hour introductory session.
We offer classes individually, in the comfort of your own home, or together, as a small group, at a mutually agreed location. For those interested, but located outside of the Northern Beaches of Sydney, these classes can be offered to you remotely, via Zoom, on a day and time that works best for you and your family.
Infant Massage can:

Throughout the pre-conception, pregnancy, birth and postnatal periods, your body, mind and soul are continually evolving. During this time, expectant mothers, new mothers, couples and families can suffer from increased anxiety, worry, trauma and depression. Because we care, the Nesting Hub is there to provide you with the most appropriate care, education, advice, counselling support, empowerment and networks, to increase your self awareness, to stimulate mindfulness, to promote self-compassion, to assist in instilling a positive mental attitude and to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
