I couldn’t recommend her more for a home birth. She is so kind and generous with her time and very experienced and knowledgeable. She strikes the balance perfectly having the practical medical experience and an open mind and I felt really safe and confident in her care. I had my first son in a private hospital with an OB and this time I wanted a different experience. I wanted to be heard and build a relationship with my care provider. Also I wanted to be understood that I wanted to deliver my baby naturally, without getting pressured into an induction. Having all my appointments at home was great rather than rushing to the hospital for a 10 mins appt with an OB. My second sons birth at 41+3 weeks was amazing and being in the comfort of my own home surrounded by incredible woman and my husband is something I will always treasure. 6 weeks of postnatal care from Gail had such a positive impact on my mental and physical recovery.

been for the birth of our first baby boy a few weeks ago. We decided to plan for a home birth half way through my pregnancy journey and after being recommended Gail, I knew she was perfect for us as soon as we met. Gail is the most passionate, caring and professional midwife and we always felt so supported through the pregnancy, labour and birth and now on our postnatal journey. Gail’s 24 years of experience and expertise was shown in the way she always went above and beyond for us. We had regular antenatal visits in our home and Gail always gave us as much time needed and provided the most wonderful labour, birth and baby care education in preparing us for the arrival of our baby. Gail always prioritised the safety of myself and baby during pregnancy and home birth. I knew Gail would inform us if there were any concerns at all and I always trusted her. We had the most wonderful home birth experience and I honestly felt so safe and guided the whole time.
