Meet
Midwife Emma

I’m a Registered Midwife originally from the UK, and I’ve called Sydney home since 2019. I completed my Bachelor of Midwifery at the University of Southampton in 2016 and have been practising ever since. I later earned my Master of Midwifery from the University of Newcastle, specialising in Primary Midwifery Care and becoming an endorsed midwife.

I’m also qualified in hypnobirthing and acuneedling for pregnancy, labour, and birth- techniques that I regularly incorporate into the care I provide.

I’ve always been passionate about offering holistic, woman-centred care and have had the privilege of working in a range of midwifery-led continuity of care models. This has allowed me to follow women and their families through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postnatal period.

Over the years, I’ve developed extensive expertise in supporting physiological birth, and I’ve loved building trusting relationships with families—advocating for them and supporting them to have the birth that feels right for them.

Homebirth holds a special place in my heart, and I’ve been fortunate to be deeply involved in it throughout my career.

I feel truly honoured to be part of a community where women and families can access high-quality, evidence-based midwifery care—gently guiding them to embrace the true essence of childbirth.

Love, Midwife Emma xo
